InquiryFlow is part of WP Travel Kit — the toolkit travel businesses install to get more bookings from their WP Travel Engine websites.

External services

This plugin can connect to third-party services when specific features are enabled by the site administrator. No data is sent to these services unless the feature is turned on and used as described below.

hCaptcha (optional spam protection)

Used to verify inquiry form submissions and reduce spam when the site owner enables hCaptcha in InquiryFlow settings and provides hCaptcha site and secret keys.

• When the inquiry widget or form is shown with hCaptcha enabled, the visitor’s browser loads the hCaptcha JavaScript from hCaptcha.
• When a visitor submits an inquiry, the plugin sends the hCaptcha response token and the site owner’s secret key to hCaptcha’s verification API to confirm the challenge was completed.

Google reCAPTCHA (optional; requires InquiryFlow Pro)

Used for stronger spam protection when the site owner has InquiryFlow Pro, selects Google reCAPTCHA in settings, and provides reCAPTCHA site and secret keys.

• When enabled, the visitor’s browser loads the Google reCAPTCHA JavaScript from Google.
• When a visitor submits a protected form, InquiryFlow Pro sends the reCAPTCHA response token and the site owner’s secret key to Google’s verification API.

WhatsApp (optional visitor chat)

Used when the site owner enables the WhatsApp option and a visitor chooses to open a WhatsApp chat from the inquiry widget.

• When the visitor clicks the WhatsApp button, their browser is opened to WhatsApp’s wa.me link with the site owner’s configured phone number and a pre-filled message (which may include the trip name). No data is sent to WhatsApp until the visitor takes that action.
