The one simple app that covers everything
Docket took my business from a cluster of paperwork that didn’t work to one simple app that covers everything. Anyone in the service industry shouldn’t be attempting business without it.”
I could not believe how easy it was to use
I got my company converted over from a previous product within a few hours. Kelsey was so accommodating. She walked me through the whole process. Now I am up and running. It is so easy to use!

FAQ
-
What does this plugin do?
-
This plugin sends data from successful Gravity Forms submissions that have at least one Pricing Field to Docket’s Invoice API, adding a new invoice within your Docket account.
If your form requires online payment, Gravity Forms won’t consider it a successful submission (and therefore this plugin won’t be able to send the data to Docket) unless the payment is successful.
-
How do I set up and start using this plugin?
-
- Connect your WordPress site to Docket:
- Make sure you have this plugin and the Gravity Forms plugin installed and activated.
- Go to wp-admin > Forms > Settings > Docket Connector. If you don’t see this, you haven’t activated all required plugins.
- Login to your Docket account and visit your account’s Integrations (Account > Settings > Integrations tab).
- Click to generate and copy your API Key for WordPress.
- Back at your WordPress site’s Gravity Forms settings, paste your API Key, and save.
- Map the fields for each Gravity Forms form you want to send data to Docket:
- Create a Gravity Forms form for collecting payments, such as with PayPal or Stripe.
- Once your form is ready, go to the form’s Settings > Docket Connector.
- Click to add a new “Docket Connector: Invoice” feed.
- Map the Gravity Forms fields to the Docket invoicing fields, and save.
- Try it out:
- Publish your form somewhere on your site.
- Submit a test or real payment.
- Check your Docket account’s invoices to confirm it worked as expected.
- Contact Docket’s Support (from within your Docket account, while logged in) if you run into any troubles.

How do I temporarily disable sending data to Docket?
-
You could deactivate the plugin to be 100% sure it’s not able to affect anything on your site.
Alternatively, while the plugin is still active, you could uncheck the “Globally Enabled” option in the main Gravity Forms settings (not a form-specific feed setting). While this is unchecked, none of your forms with mapped fields will send any data to Docket – so don’t forget to re-check the box when ready.
To disable just one form’s data feed to Docket, go to that form’s settings > Docket Connector: Invoice > then toggle the data feed’s enabled/disabled option, as appropriate. Again, don’t forget to re-enable it when ready.
-
Is there a cost to use this plugin?
-
There’s no cost for this plugin, but you will need an active Docket account (paid or free trial), and you will need the Gravity Forms plugin, which is not free.
You will need Gravity Forms’ “Pro Add-Ons” level subscription to access their payment gateway add-ons to receive payments for your invoices.
